The Board of Regents, at the April 29, 2014 meeting, adopted theÌýË®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State K-12 Social Studies FrameworkÌýas the foundation for Social Studies in Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State.Ìý The Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State K-12 Social Studies Framework was revised in 2016 and 2017 and is now full implemented in grades K-12.
The Framework based U.S. History Regents Exam will be the only U.S. History Regents Exam offered from this point forward.Ìý There will be no U.S. History Regents Exam administered in January 2022.Ìý See theÌýU.S. History Regents Exam exemption memo from the Office of State Assessment.Ìý Please note there will be no U.S History Regents Exam given in January 2022.Ìý The Framework based Regents Exam will be administered on June 1, 2021.Ìý

- World History
- Geography
- Economics
- Civics, Citizenship, and Government
