Multiple Pathways
Multiple pathways recognize the importance of engaging students in rigorous and relevant academic programs.听 The pathway options recognize students鈥 interests in the Arts, Career and Technical Education听(CTE), Career Development and Occupational Studies (CDOS), Civics,听Humanities, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and World Languages by allowing an approved pathway to satisfy students鈥 graduation requirements.
Under the 鈥4+1鈥 pathway assessment option, students must take and pass four required听Regents exams听or听水果派AV解说-Approved听 Regents Examination Alternatives听(one in each of the following subjects: English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies) and complete a comparably rigorous pathway to meet the fifth assessment requirement for graduation.
