The Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State Education Department hereby grants users of this website permission to use, without restriction, the Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State Education Department's Learning Standards as set forth herein, which use may include reproduction of all, or any part of, the Standards, provided that any such published reproduction must contain the following attribution(s), as applicable:

    • The Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State Education Department hereby grants users of this website permission to use the Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State additions to the CCSS ELA&L and CCSS Math, for noncommercial purposes which use may include reproduction of all, or any part of such additions only, provided that any such published reproduction must contain the following attribution(s), as applicable:
