Information and Reporting Services (IRS)Ìýmanages the Higher Education Data System (HEDS) that collects andÌýdistributes information on the status of higher education in Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State. IRS is responsible for collecting data fromÌýall degree-granting institutions in Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State, which includes both public and private institutions.​
