DESCRIPTION:
The ACCES - oversees the administration of HSE tests (currently the Test Assessing Secondary Completion – TASCâ„¢), and the approval of 24 college credits for the issuance of the Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State High School Equivalency Diploma.Ìý
ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý The office coordinates HSE test administration throughout Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State and is responsible for the following aspects of HSE testing, including:
- Approval of official HSE testing centers;Ìý
- Generation of Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State High School Equivalency diplomas and/or transcripts, including archival requests;
- who administer the HSE tests; and
- Maintaining (GED® and TASCâ„¢) dating back to the 1940’s. Ìý
