Commissioner MaryEllen Elia and Charles Giglio, 2015 Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State Teacher of the Year, join in welcoming educators, families, and students back to school. Giglio is a high school Latin teacher in the Gloversville Enlarged School District. "I know you're as excited as I am about the new possibilities this year for Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State," Elia said. "So let's get to work. The kids are counting on us."
