Commissioner Elia Issues Decision Removing Carl Paladino From The Buffalo City School District Board Of Education
State Education Department Commissioner MaryEllen Elia today sustained the Buffalo City School District Board of Education鈥檚 application to remove Carl Paladino as a member of the board. The full decision is available .
Pursuant to Education Law 搂2103(2), an individual removed from a 鈥渟chool district office shall be ineligible to appointment or election to any district office for a period of one year from the date of such removal.鈥
