DESCRIPTION:
Eligible students who are deaf, deaf-blind, or blind; are residents of Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State; and are matriculated in a degree-granting program or certificate program located in Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ State, may receive a monetary grant for readers, note takers, sign language interpreters, or assistive technology to provide access to information vital to their studies, enabling them to succeed in their academic undertaking
